Delivery and Collections (Baby Expo arrangement)

DELIVERY AND COLLECTIONS (BABY EXPO ONLY)
Delivery service is only available on address in Hong Kong and Macau. Delivery service is based on one single destination only and will be arranged within 4 weeks after the date of purchase (except otherwise stated).

Hong Kong area: Delivery Service is free for purchases HK$699 or above at Baby Star’s website. 

  • Service area include: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
  • Delivery service is not available for: i. Outlying Island (Lamma Island and Cheung Chau) & Closed areas (Lo Wu, Man Kam To, Sha Tau Kok, Lok Ma Chau);
  • Delivery service is based on one single destination only;
  • Delivery will be arranged within 4 weeks after the acceptance of order (subject to the stock availability);
  • Delivery date and time are determined by the Dao Shing Co.;

Special Charges on below area / condition:
Tung Chung / Ma Wan: $120
Discovery Bay: $240
Buildings without lift or product can only access through staircases: $60 per floor (Customer is responsible to declare this special arrangement upon the order.)
The special charges will be collected on delivery.

Macau area: Delivery fees will be charged $100 to any delivery address in Macau.

We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered as soon as possible after the order has been placed and accepted by us. You will be contacted and given an indication of the expected delivery date via phone by our customer service..

Alternatively, you may choose to collect the products ordered by you at our distribution center in Hong Kong. You need to present the email when the order is collected.

In case of any disputes, Baby Star reserve the right of the final decision.

You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are received or collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as an evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order by Baby Star. You also accept the associated transfer of responsibility in the same way.
